]]> Our first one of the season. And what spectacular views we’ve got on this one. Manhattan Skyline from Brooklyn side, the Dumbo region. Really love it here. Especially during the twilight.
The title is in French, as you can see, meaning ‘to pray and to party’. It’s from the priest’s ceremony speech right at the beginning of the video. Olivier is from France, as was half of the guests. It is so beautiful to listen to, however I had some challenges translating it for the video. In the process I discover how to add subtitles to the film.

If you are dreaming of a wedding with the Manhattan skyline, Giando on the Water is the most perfect spot. You can not get these kind of views from downtown. Plus you cut down on some of the traffic as well. Jenna and James had a strong connection of Manhattan, especially the east side. They wanted to have those views as a backdrop for their reception. Jenna also incorporated her dad’s vintage Ford as her ride to the ceremony. It is such charming vehicle. I love those shots with them inside the car.
