Lord Thompson Manor is one of my most favorite places. Feels very royal and elegant, yet so charming and romantic. They have little unique and unusual order of events. The speeches happen right after ceremony concludes, on the Manor’s balcony facing the ceremony site. I kind of like it, as it is done right away. It also provided me with some really beautiful angles from inside the house, looking out. But the best thing that happened was the song Jim recorded for Emily, instead of a note. She was so surprised and emotional watching it – love it!
