A Skyline Celebration: Corinn & Ryan at The Box House Hotel

Corinn and Ryan’s NYC celebration at The Box House Hotel in Brooklyn, was an absolute masterpiece of modern city elegance. [1]

Known for its industrial-chic design, eclectic local artwork, and its signature retractable glass rooftop, this boutique venue serves as a flawless canvas for a striking urban love story. As premier NYC wedding videographers, our team at Fairytale Studio was thrilled to step behind the lens to capture the unique geometric charm, rich textures, and boundless energy of their beautiful day.

The wedding utilized the rooftop setting to absolute perfection, framing the couple against a jaw-dropping, panoramic backdrop of the iconic Manhattan skyline. As the afternoon transitioned into evening, the golden hour cast a warm, radiant glow across the terrace. It reminded me immediately of the Batman – Gotham City skyline shot. I couldn’t pass on this opportunity. This natural lighting provided our lenses with the perfect opportunity to create breathtaking, cinematic frames of their heartfelt vows, a classic NYC yellow cab portrait session, and an intimate golden hour toast. Our documentary style allowed us to track every emotional glance, tight hug, and candid laugh, preserving the magical, once-in-a-lifetime moments shared with their closest friends and family.

When the sun finally dipped below the horizon, the city lights flickered to life, turning the rooftop into a high-energy dance floor. Guests celebrated late into the night beneath the stars, surrounded by the sparkling New York skyline. From the quiet, nervous anticipation of the morning preparations to the final, packed dance floor anthem, Corinn and Ryan’s film captures the distinct, fast-paced urban rhythm that makes a classic Brooklyn wedding so unforgettable.
