…3…2…1…Happy New Year! After 11 years in the industry, Meghan and Sly’s spectacular winter celebration officially marked my first-ever New Year’s Eve wedding, and it was absolutely worth the wait. Hosted at the majestic Westchester Country Club, this wedding was an electric blend of holiday magic, deep-seated family traditions, and a high-energy party that kept the dance floor rocking well into the new year. As a premier NY wedding videographer, our team at Fairytale Studio loved every second of partying it up with this incredible couple and capturing their unforgettable holiday milestone.

The cinematic journey of their film relies heavily on the authentic, raw emotion of a truly spectacular family. From the morning preparation spaces—where Meghan looked absolutely radiant in her stunning Pronovias gown—to the heartfelt speeches during the reception, the warmth and closeness of their loved ones was unmistakable. Listening to their families speak on camera provided the perfect emotional foundation for their wedding film, beautifully weaving together their Irish and Italian heritages. Oh yeah, and as a huge bonus for the reception menu—I absolutely love Cannolis!

Working alongside photographer Bruce Plotkin, our cameras focused on capturing the sophisticated, festive atmosphere of the country club, which was beautifully accented with elegant holiday arrangements by Rosa’s Florist. The evening smoothly transitioned from a romantic, intimate gathering into an absolute powerhouse of a celebration, led by the incredible sounds of Reggie Woods and the Soul Street Band. Guests rang in the new year with unmatched energy, creating a vibrant, cinematic countdown that made for the ultimate grand finale to their fairytale evening.
